Abstract:

Provided is a deployment design method which includes: a step in which a request is received for a virtual machine of a system including one or more virtual machines to be deployed in a physical machine; a step in which data that is recorded in association with the system or request transmission source and relates to a virtual machine deployment evaluation index is read out; a step in which the data relating to the virtual machine deployment evaluation index is used as a basis for calculating a first cost for deploying each of the one or more virtual machines in any usable physical machine, and in which the physical machine having the lowest calculated first cost is designated; and a step in which deployment design data including data on the designated physical machine is generated for the one or more virtual machines.
