Abstract:
In a nozzle drying device (100) of the present invention, a suction nozzle (60) held by a holding chuck (128) is inserted inside a housing (160), and air is blown toward the suction nozzle by the operation of an airflow device (164). When a suction pipe (68) of the suction nozzle held by the holding chuck makes contact with an abutting table (162), the suction pipe is pushed inside a body tube (64). I.e., the suction pipe being pushed inside the body tube results in a sliding motion between the suction pipe and the body tube that causes moisture to be discharged from the inside of the body tube, and allows for the removal of the discharged moisture by blowing air. As a result, moisture that has penetrated in between the suction pipe and the body tube can be properly removed.
