DERIVATIVES OF 5-PHENOXYMETHYL-1,2,4-OXADIAZOL, THEIR SALTS, METHOD OF OBTAINING THEM AND A PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATION WITH ANTIHYPERTENSIVE, ANTIANGINAL, ANTIARRHYTHMIC AND ANTIGLAUCOMATOMIC PROPERTIES BASED ON THEM

Derivatives of 5-phenoxymethyl-1,2,4-oxadiazol and their salts of general formula (I), where R is -CH3, -C2H5, -CH(CH3)2, -CH2C6H5, -C6H5; R1 is -CH(CH3)2, -C(CH3), -CH(CH3)-CH2CH3, -CH2CH2NHCOCH(CH3)2; X is a non-organic or organic acid or is absent. A method for obtaining the claimed compounds consists in that 1,4-benzodioxine-2(3H)-OH is reacted with amidoxime of general formula (II), where R is -CH3, -C2H5, -CH(CH3)2, -CH2C6H5, -C6H5, at a temperature of 90-140 °C in the medium of an aprotic organic solvent, the obtained derivative of 5-(2-oxyphenoxymethyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazol is reacted with epichlorohydrin, and the thus obtained epoxy-derivative is reacted with alkylamine of the general formula: R1NH2, where R is -CH(CH3)2, -C(CH3)3, -CH(CH3)CH2CH3, -CH2CH2NHCOCH(CH3)2, with subsequent extraction of the desired product. The most active of the claimed compounds -3-methyl-5-[2-(3-tert.butylamino-2-hydroxypropoxy)phenoxymethyl]-1,2,4 oxadiazol hydrochloride is the active component of a pharmaceutical preparation of antihypertensive, antianginal, antiarrhythmic and antiglaucomatomic action.
