Title:
DESCENT SAFETY-PROTECTION APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/079862
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a high-altitude slow-descent safety-protection apparatus, comprising a frame (1); a decelerator (2) is fixedly connected to one side of the top of the frame (1); a centrifugal mount (3) is fixedly connected to the other side of the top of the frame (1); the input end of the decelerator (2) is connected to a damping fan slow-descent system (4); the output end of the decelerator (2) is connected to one side of the inner hole of an electromagnetic brake system (5); the other side of the inner hole of the electromagnetic brake system (5) is connected to a main shaft (6); the two ends of the main shaft (6) are respectively rotationally connected to the frame (1) by means of bearing housings (7, 8); a winding roller (9) is fixedly connected onto the main shaft (6) between the two bearing housings (7, 8); the other end of the main shaft (6) is provided with a centrifugal speed-limiting clutch (10); the centrifugal speed-limiting clutch (10) is fixedly connected to the centrifugal mount (3) by means of screws; the centrifugal speed-limiting clutch comprises a housing (11); the two sides of the housing rotate a bushing (13) by means of a bearing (12); the bushing (13) is connected to the main shaft (6) by means of a key; the outer diameter of the bushing (13) is provided with several centrifugal blocks (14); a driven body ring (15) is arranged between each of the centrifugal blocks (14) and the housing (11); a slight clearance is left between the inner diameter of the driven body (15) and the outer diameter of each centrifugal block (14). The descent safety-protection apparatus may be widely used in high-altitude slow-descent or suspension and lowering operations equipment.
