Abstract:
A design method for an air conditioner underframe used for vibration and noise reduction, comprising the following steps: determining a mounting position of a vibration source on an air conditioner underframe (S110); determining a transfer mode of the vibration source on the air conditioner underframe (S120); and disposing reinforcing ribs on the air conditioner underframe according to the mounting position and the transfer mode (S130). The positions of the reinforcing ribs are arranged reasonably according to the mounting position and the transfer mode of the vibration source, so that the problem that the vibration and noise reduction effect is sometimes good and sometimes bad as a designer only relies on experience to dispose the reinforcing ribs on the air conditioner underframe is avoided, thereby effectively reducing the vibration of the air conditioner underframe.
