Abstract:
The invention provides a design method for a roller profile in which high-order shape wave may be independently, continuously adjusted according to the roller to be designed. The design method according to the invention comprises steps as follows: (1) determining a coefficient of a fundamental roller gap function according to a presetting 2-order convexity the fundamental roller gap function being a quadratic function; (2) determining the coefficients of respective variable roller gap functions on the basis of high-order convexity of presetting rollers when it is at a highest portion, in positive displacement and negative displacement, variable roller gap functions being power functions having power of lager than 2; (3)adding the fundamental roller gap function to the variable roller gap functions when the rollers are at the largested positions in the positive displacement and negative displacement to obtain roller gap functions when the rollers are at the largest positions in the positive displacement and negative displacement; and (4) determining a curve of the roller profile on the basis of a play stroke and a length of the roller and the roller gap functions when the roller is at the largest positions in the, positive displacement and negative displacement.
