Abstract:
A design method for a centrifugal pump as a turbine impeller. The centrifugal pump as a turbine impeller is applied to a membrane desalination and energy recovery integrated machine. The main steps of the design method are: determining a rated flow under a turbine operating condition; reducing the rated flow at a certain ratio to serve as a flow under a turbine design operating condition; carrying out conversion on the basis of the flow and a rated head and a rated rotational speed under the turbine operating condition, so as to obtain a flow, a lift and a rotational speed under a pump operating condition; taking the flow, the lift and the rotational speed under the pump operating condition as design parameters; and designing hydraulics of an impeller by using a speed coefficient method under the pump operating condition, and determining propeller parameters such as an inlet diameter D1, an outlet diameter D2, an outlet width b2, inlet and outlet setting angles, the number of blades, and a wrap angle. The impeller obtained by means of the design method can improve the efficiency and running safety stability of a membrane desalination and energy recovery integrated machine under various types of operating conditions.
