Abstract:
Disclosed are a destination-exchange processing method, apparatus, terminal device, and online transaction method, said destination-exchange processing method comprising: a first account sending a first data-certificate transfer request to a second account by means of a first server; said transfer request containing information of said first data certificate; said second account responding to the transfer request and sending first data to the first account; and the first account receiving the first data and sending the first data certificate to the second account. In the present invention, destination exchange is achieved using the described means, and a first account that obtained a first data certificate may transfer it to a second account; thus the destination may be utilized repeatedly, increasing the utilization of the destination.
