Abstract:
A stationery holder that can attach and detach to the cover of a notebook, ring binder or similar Stationery is stored within compartments within the stationery holder. The stationery holder can attach to the cover of a book or ring binder by clipping part 3 (which is fixed to the main body of the stationery holder) to the cover of the notebook the stationery holder can be detached and attached to another cover by the same method, the hinge mechanism 4 allows the notebook to be laid flat whilst the stationery holder is attached and provides quick and accessible access to stationery next to the notebook. Fasteners 5, 6 can fix the holder in a closed position on the cover, and when the fasteners are released, the holder can open into the flat position, while remaining attached to the cover by the clipping part.

1. A Stationery holder comprising means (3) suitable for attaching to and detaching from the cover of a notebook, ring binder or similar, wherein the stationery holder can be securely fixed against the cover and is hinged (4) at the edge to allow the notebook and stationery holder to be side by side when the laid on a desk whilst the stationery holder is still attached to the cover, characterised in that the stationery holder further comprises a fastener (5)^and a counterpart (6) of the fastener, wherein the fastener (5) is suitable for connecting to the counterpart (6; figures 5 and 7), such that a part of the stationery holder can rotate about the hinged edge relatively to the other part of the holder and close in a state wherein the fastener and its counterpart are connected to each other, so that the stationery holder is securely fixed against the cover (figure 6), and such that a part of the stationery holder can rotate about the hinged edge relatively to the other part of the holder to open to reach a state wherein the fastener and its counterpart are released from one another, so that the notebook and the stationery holder are side by side (figure 8)
