Abstract:
A detachable multi-layer blade skiving cutter with staggered blades, comprising a cutter base (1), a cutter tooth disc group (2), a positioning pin (3), a tightening screw (4), a pressing end cover (5), and a plurality of fastening screws (6); each layer of cutter tooth disc (21, 22) in the cutter tooth disc group (2) is mounted in sequence on the cutter base (1) and, in the direction from top to bottom, the outer diameter and tooth profile of each cutter tooth disc (21, 22) in the cutter tooth disc group (2) respectively decrease in sequence; the tooth shape of each cutter tooth disc (21, 22) is arranged in a slight staggered manner; the positioning pin (3) and the tightening screw (4) define the relative positions of each layer of cutter tooth disc (21, 22); and the pressing end cover (5) and the plurality of fastening screws (6) fixedly connect the cutter tooth discs (21, 22) and the cutter base (1) into a whole. The plurality of layers of cutter tooth disc can be flexibly detached and replaced and conveniently reground, reducing the usage cost of the cutter; one pass of the multi-layer blade cutter is equivalent to multiple passes of a traditional single-blade cutter, increasing the skiving machining efficiency; and the staggered blades facilitate chip discharge, reducing the cutting load and prolonging the service life of the cutter.
