Abstract:
The present invention relates to a detachable probe array block comprising: a case forming an outer body; a plurality of probes which are mounted in the case; a pedestal which accommodates the plurality of probes such that the plurality of probes are aligned adjacent to each other; a probe cover which presses and restrains the plurality of probes accommodated in the pedestal; and a guide bar which prevents contact between the probes. The pedestal comprises: a body part in which the guide bar is assembled separately; and a separation part which is divided so as to be able to be assembled with the body part. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a short of the array block or wrong contact between the probes and the pattern in advance by preventing the plurality of probes from contacting each other by means of a guide protrusion and the guide bar. At this time, by dividing the pedestal which accommodates the probes into the body part and the separation part, the guide protrusion of the separation part can be separated from the body part. In addition, the guide bar is also a separate member to be assembled into the body part, such that the probe assembly operation of fitting the probes into the guide protrusion or the guide bar such that the probes are restrained can be performed even more conveniently and quickly.
