Abstract:
Disclosed is a detachable voltage transformer, comprising: a metal housing, which is used for accommodating the transformer and comprising a left-half part (1b) and a right-half part (1a); an iron core (2), which is of a square shape and which is disposed in the central position of the metal housing; a primary winding (3) and a secondary winding (4) which are wound around the iron core (2) in a manner of respectively corresponding to an inner layer and an outer layer, and which are electrically isolated from each other via an insulating material layer (9); a plurality of heat dissipation material rods (6b), with the plurality of heat dissipation material rods (6b) running through the insulating material layer (9) and being respectively inserted into insertion holes (14); and a moulding material (5) which is filled in the metal housing and completely coats the iron core (2), the primary winding (3), the secondary winding (4) and the heat dissipation material rods (6b).
