Abstract:
A detecting device and a detecting method and detecting equipment therefor, the detecting device comprising a carrying platform (100), an optical detecting unit (200) and a first light source (310). The carrying platform (100) includes a carrying surface (110) for carrying a workpiece to be detected (10), the optical detecting unit (200) is located at one side of the workpiece to be detected (10), the first light source (310) is located at one side, opposite to the optical detecting unit (200), of the carrying platform (100), and the light emitted by the first light source (310) is at least partially directed toward the optical detecting unit (200). The detecting device can automatically detect the yield of the workpiece to be detected (10), thereby improving the detection efficiency and reducing the cost.
