Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a detection device for pipeline weld defects. The detection device comprises a controller, a plurality of odometer wheel assemblies, and a magnetic flux leakage detection section moving in the axial direction of a pipeline. The magnetic flux leakage detection section is used for collecting a magnetic flux leakage signal of the inner peripheral wall of the pipeline; each odometer wheel assembly is used for acquiring odometer data when the magnetic flux leakage detection section moves in the axial direction of the pipeline; and the controller is used for: acquiring the magnetic flux leakage signal collected by the magnetic flux leakage detection section; according to the magnetic flux leakage signal, determining whether there is a pipeline weld defect; and when it is determined that there is a pipeline weld defect, positioning the defect according to the odometer data collected by each odometer wheel assembly. When a pipeline defect is positioned, odometer data collected by a plurality of odometer wheel assemblies is considered, such that the situation that slipping possibly occurs due to odometer measurement by using a single odometer wheel and other situations in the prior art are avoided, and the accuracy of weld defect positioning can be improved.
