Abstract:
This detection device comprises: an injection hole into which a reagent is injected, the reagent including saliva of a subject and specific antibodies with markers; an accommodation unit into which the reagent is introduced and which accommodates the introduced reagent; a connecting unit in which a flow path communicating the injection hole and the accommodation unit is formed; an observation window for observing the reagent flowing through an observation region of a portion of the flow path; and a magnetic field application unit which applies a magnetic field in a direction different from the direction in which the reagent flows from the injection hole to the accommodation unit. The specific antibodies with markers include a specific antibody with a magnetic marker configured by binding a magnetic body and an antibody for binding to an antigen with spike proteins of a virus.
