Abstract:
A detection device and a working method for a detection device, wherein the detection device comprises a bearing structure (2), a feature structure, and a detection mechanism (9). The bearing structure (2) thereof is used to carry and fix an object (6) to be detected, the feature structure thereof is used to determine detection feature points, and the detection mechanism (9) successively detects two feature regions before and after the rotation of the feature structure during a detection process to obtain coordinate data of detection feature points corresponding to feature regions at two sides, and then obtains a conversion relationship before and after the rotation of the feature structure. By using the detection mechanism (9) to successively detect two surfaces of the object (6) to be detected before and after rotation, detection results of the two surfaces of the object (6) to be detected are obtained. By using the conversion relationship to splice the detection results of the two surfaces of the object (6) to be detected, a relative positional relationship between the two surfaces of the object (6) to be detected may be obtained. The present detection device is easy to operate, has accurate measurements and strong applicability.
