Abstract:

The present invention relates to the technical field of liquid crystal display manufacturing, and discloses a detection device. The detection device comprises a base (1), a support frame (2), a rocking rod (5), a first stopper rod (71) and a first magnetic sensor (31). The support frame (2) is disposed on the base (1), and the rocking rod (5) is rockably disposed at the support frame (2) via a rocking shaft (6). The rocking rod (5) is divided into a strike section (5-1) and a trigger section (5-2) by the rocking shaft (6), and the weight of the trigger section (5-2) is larger than the weight of the strike section (5-1). An end portion of the trigger section (5-2) is provided with a magnetic block (52), and an end portion of the strike section (5-1) is taller than an upper edge of the support frame (2) in an initial state. The first stopper rod (71) is provided on the support frame (2) and configured to stop the trigger section (5-2). The first magnetic sensor (31) is provided on the support frame (2), and is located near a virtual extension portion of the trigger section (5-2) when the trigger section (5-2) is being stopped by the first stopper rod (71). The detection device can be applied in a liquid environment, and achieves accurate detection of the position of a workpiece.
