Abstract:
The present application provides a detection device (100), comprising: a main body (10) including a plurality of accommodating cavities (17) and at least one plunger cavity (19) with an opening at one end, wherein the main body (10) is further provided with a liquid injection hole (152) and an exhaust hole (154) each connected to the plunger cavity (19); a plunger assembly (20) detachably inserted into the plunger cavity (19); and a reaction tube (40) detachably mounted on the main body (10), wherein the reaction tube (40) includes a detection cavity (412), and a liquid injection channel (414) and an exhaust channel (416) each in communication with the detection cavity (412), and when the reaction tube (40) is fitted into the main body (10), the liquid injection channel (414) is selectively in communication with the liquid injection hole (152), and the exhaust channel (416) is selectively in communication with the exhaust hole (154); wherein, when the plunger assembly (20) is inserted into the plunger cavity (19), the plunger assembly (20) cooperates with the plunger cavity (19) to create a positive pressure that drives liquid in the plunger cavity (19) to flow into the liquid injection channel (414) through the liquid injection hole (152).
