Abstract:
Provided are a detection kit and preparation method therefor, an analysis system comprising the detection kit, and uses thereof. The detection kit comprises: a composite capillary comprising a non-conductive capillary, a Pt layer and an insulating layer; a second electrode; and a detection reagent. The analysis system comprises a detection kit, a voltameter and a power supply which are interconnected by means of a conductive wire. The analysis system is simpler in structure and enables accurate measurement of analytes (comprising small molecules and proteins) in a single cell.
