Abstract:
This detection kit is used in detecting a target substance included in a liquid sample, wherein: the detection kit comprises a fluid device that accommodates the sample, a detection reagent that corresponds to the target substance, and an oily sealing liquid; the fluid device has an internal space that accommodates a mixed aqueous solution of the sample and the detection reagent, an injection port and a discharge port that communicate with the internal space, and a plurality of wells that open into the internal space and accommodate the mixed aqueous solution; the oxygen saturation of the sealing liquid is 100 mg/L or lower; and the nitrogen saturation of the sealing liquid is 260 mg/mL or lower.
