Abstract:
A detection kit for a whole blood C-reactive protein. The kit comprises a reagent R1 and a reagent R2, wherein the reagent R2 respectively sensitizes latex particles having different particle sizes by using C-reactive protein (CRP) antibodies. Results show that the kit has a wide linear detection range, a high sensitivity and good accuracy and precision. Compared to existing turbidimetric kits for human whole blood CRP, the present invention further broadens the linear range, and particularly enhances the detection sensitivity of low-value samples. In addition, whole peripheral blood or venous blood of a patient may be used as a test sample, so that the pain of blood collection of the patient, especially of newborns and burn and scald patients, is relieved, and real whole blood and full-scale detection is carried out on clinical hypersensitivity and common CRP samples.
