Abstract:
The present invention provides a member for detecting volatile fatty acids with high sensitivity. In the detection member for a volatile fatty acid detection sensor according to one embodiment of the present invention, a portion that makes contact with outside air is formed from a hydrophobic swellable rubber. In the volatile fatty acid detection device according to one embodiment of the present invention, the aforementioned detection member for a volatile fatty acid detection sensor according to the present invention is disposed inside a capsule, which is a housing, and a water-repellent filter that allows the passage of volatile fatty acids is disposed in at least a part of a surface, in contact with the external environment, of the capsule.
