A detection platform (100) for the focal point of a laser beam, and a detection platform (100)-based detection system and detection method, the detection platform (100) comprising: a base (310), wherein the base (310) is provided thereon with a plurality of detection layers (130) at different heights, and the detection layers (130) are used for being illuminated by a laser beam to form an illumination trace. The detection platform (100) may conveniently detect the focal point of the laser beam and has a low cost.
