Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a detection system, a program, and a storage/retrieval management method, whereby it is possible to more reliably acquire information related to items stored in or retrieved from a refrigerator. A detection system 100 comprises a marker MK attached to an item, and a detection device 2 that detects the marker MK. The detection device 2 is equipped with: a refrigerator compartment camera 27 that captures an image of an area including at least part of the interior of a refrigerator 1 from above the interior of the refrigerator 1 when the door of the refrigerator 1 is open; a detection unit 206 that detects the image of the marker MK from the image captured by the refrigerator compartment camera 27; and a storage/retrieval determination unit 207 that determines the storage/retrieval of the item with the marker MK into/from the refrigerator on the basis of the image of the marker MK detected by the detection unit 206.
