Abstract:
Provided is a deterioration degree determination device capable of determining the degree of deterioration of a battery during the operation of a vehicle.
Specifically disclosed is a deterioration degree determination device for determining the degree of deterioration of a battery of a vehicle, said device comprising: an electric component drive unit which drives a non-travel system electric component of the vehicle by power from the battery in order to determine the degree of deterioration of the battery; a charge degree acquisition unit which acquires the degree of charge when the state of charge of the battery is increased to a predetermined degree by power generated by a power generator of the vehicle after the battery is discharged for a predetermined time by the electric component being driven by the electric component drive unit; and a deterioration degree determination unit which, on the basis of the degree of charge acquired by the charge degree acquisition unit, determines the degree of deterioration of the battery.
