Abstract:

This deterioration diagnosis device is for a machine device which is provided with a motive power transmission mechanism for transmitting motive power via gears. The deterioration diagnosis device is provided with: a storage unit in which the trend of the change in the consumption rate of an additive mixed with a lubricant used on the gears following operation of the machine device is stored in advance; and a determination unit which determines the period of time until the consumption rate of the additive reaches a preset value, on the basis of the trend of the change in the consumption rate of the additive.
