Abstract:
Provided is a determination sheet which can be produced at low cost and can determine authenticity in a simple manner. The determination sheet has: a sheet substrate 2 having heat shrinkability; a heat ink layer 3 which is provided on the sheet substrate 2 and has a function of heat-shrinking the sheet substrate 2 by microwave irradiation; and a non-heat ink layer 4 which is provided on the sheet substrate 2 and does not have a function of heat-shrinking the sheet substrate 2 by microwave irradiation.
