Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a determination system and a determination method that can simply and reliably determine whether a culture solution (culture medium) used for culturing cells contains serum or not. Therefore, the determination system and the determination method according to the present invention determine whether or not a gene BDKRB1 is expressed in a cultured cell. When the gene BDKRB1 is not expressed, the determination system and the determination method determine that the culture solution does not contain serum, and when the gene BDKRB1 is expressed, the determination system and the determination method determine that the culture solution contains serum.
