Abstract:
Disclosed are a deuterated organic compound, a mixture and composition containing said compound, and an organic electronic device; the deuterated organic compound has the structural formula (I): an aromatic or heteroaromatic structural unit, wherein D is an electron-donating group, A is an electron-withdrawing group, and n and m are integers between 1 and 6; in the organic compound, ΔE(S1-T1) ≤ 0.35 eV, and at least one H atom in the organic compound is replaced by deuterium. In the present invention, deuterium replaces a H atom in the organic compound, such that ΔE(S1-T1) ≤ 0.35 eV; thus the quantum efficiency for electroluminescence and the lifespan of the organic compound are increased; furthermore, the materials of the present invention are low-cost and have a relatively simple process of synthesis, thus the invention has a tremendous range of applications and practical potential.
