Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a developing roller capable of suppressing the occurrence of filming and having excellent durability. In order to achieve said purpose, a developing roller 1 according to the present invention is characterized by being provided with a shaft 2, and at least an elastic layer 3 and a surface layer 4 on the outer peripheral side of the shaft 2, wherein the surface layer 4 comprises a surface layer composition containing a polytetramethylene glycol ether polyol and a polycarbonate polyol, and the mass ratio of the polytetramethylene glycol ether polyol to the polycarbonate polyol is 25:75 to 75:25.
