Abstract:
A development method for high-strength and high-toughness nodular cast iron for wind electricity, comprising the following steps: step 1, proportioning of smelting furnace burden, specifically, pig iron: scrap steel: foundry returns = 40%-60%:15%-30%:15%-30%, and adding a certain amount of ferrosilicon 75 to a furnace; step 2, adding 1% of nodular cast iron nodulizing agent, 0.2%-0.4% of high calcium barium inoculant, 30-60 g/t of Sb, and weight into a pit of a nodulizing ladle in sequence; and step 3, pouring molten iron into another pit from the furnace, and adding 0.1%-0.2% of stream inoculant during pouring, the pouring temperature being 1350°C. By controlling the nodulizing agent and microelements, the tendency of fragment-shaped graphite brought by high silicon is eliminated, and a good mechanical property is ensured.
