The present application relates to the technical field of automation testing, and provided thereby are a development role creation method, device and equipment for a test case, and a storage medium, the development role creation method for a test case comprising: obtaining development requirements of an automation test case, and generating a service process according to the development requirements, the service process comprising a test case development request, test case analysis, test case development, test case testing and test case acquisition; establishing service nodes according to the service process, allocating role information for each service node, and generating a service process file according to the service nodes and the role information; and sending the service process file to a work flow engine, thereby enabling the work flow engine to allocate corresponding activities for each role according to the service process file. By means of the development role creation for the test case, the service process is standardized, and the circulation of the service process is not influenced by time and communication capabilities of the development roles, thereby improving the communication effect and the working efficiency.
