Abstract:
A deviation quantity detection device (2) is configured so as to comprise: an edge image generation unit (11) that acquires an image of a vehicle interior, said image having been imaged by an imaging device (1), and generates an edge image showing the outline of a structure that appears in the image; and a pixel search unit (12) that acquires a reference image showing the outline of the structure when the positioning location of the imaging device (1) is the correct positioning location, searches among reference pixels, which are a plurality of pixels indicating the outline shown in the reference image, for reference pixels respectively corresponding to imaged pixels, which are a plurality of pixels indicating the outline shown in the edge image that was generated by the edge image generation unit (11), and outputs the respective pixel locations of the imaged pixels and the respective pixel locations of the reference pixels corresponding to said imaged pixels. The deviation quantity detection device (2) also comprises a deviation quantity calculation unit (13) that calculates the locational deviation quantity, which is the deviation quantity between the positioning location of the imaging device (1) and the correct positioning location, from the respective pixel locations of the imaged pixels as outputted from the pixel search unit (12) and the respective pixel locations of the reference pixels corresponding to said imaged pixels as outputted from the pixel search unit (12).
