Abstract:
A device for 3D printing of metal comprises a base (1) and a printhead mechanism (2), a build mechanism (3) and a control unit (4) disposed on the base. The printhead mechanism comprises a printhead (21) mounted on an upper surface (11) of the base, and comprises a moving shaft (22) driving the printhead to move. The build mechanism comprises a build platform (31), a storage container (32) for storing metal raw materials, a lifting assembly (33) driving the build platform and a bottom plate (321) of the storage container to move, and a scraper assembly (34) for processing the metal raw materials. The device for 3D printing of metal has a compact structure, is low cost and has high printing accuracy.
