Abstract:
A device for accelerating a coagulation bath process used in high-speed spinning of para-aramid fibers. The device consists of three parts: a funnel (1) having an adjustable height, a coagulation bath (3) and a loop injection system (4). With the design of a high-performance device for accelerating coagulation bath processes, the issue of the effect of a coagulation bath on para-aramid fibers during high-speed spinning can be resolved and the quality of para-aramid fibers can be stabilized, enabling high-speed spinning of para-aramid fibers.
