Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for accepting and/or dispensing banknotes. The inventive device for accepting and/or dispensing banknotes comprises a compartment, which can be subdivided by a partition for the dispensing and/or feeding as well as for the returning of banknotes. Two pressure elements for destacking banknotes are provided inside the compartment. The invention is advantageous in that the pressure elements, while having an uncomplicated design, enable a reliable and good destacking of banknotes that are to be returned.
