Abstract:
The invention relates to pneumatic, hydraulic, electromagnetic elements or a bowden cable, which are used to automatically raise the plug of a flush-mounted cistern, when a user who is sitting on the WC actuates a button or a lever, thus triggering the flush. The hydraulic elements contain a piston cylinder unit (11). The piston (9) of the piston cylinder unit (11) is extended by air pressure, which is generated by the flush water pump in the WC by means of a pressure transducer, and raises the plug in the cistern. The bowden cable is also used to raise the plug and can be electromotively activated from the interior of the WC body. The electromagnetic elements include a low-voltage solenoid, which activates a rocker arm when a voltage is applied, the other end of said arm raising the plug and triggering the flush.
