Abstract:
A device for adding or replacing impulse turbine outer nozzle opening and an application method of the same, the nozzle opening device adopts a single nozzle opening with two different internal taper angles or a fixed internal nozzle opening, and the outside thereof is provided with a plurality of external nozzle openings with different inner diameters; the outer nozzle opening can be replaced by a manual or mechanical device, wherein the mechanical device comprises three shafts on two end faces of a nozzle body at a side of a base, are connected with a rotatory table which has a plurality of outer nozzle openings, and can extend out of the outer end of the base having threads for loosing, or fastening; one of the shafts is equipped with a gear for rotary indexing and is manually or electrically operated; an water inlet end face has three connecting ears, as an operation interface of the rotatory table, for a linear motion of the three shafts, fixing, transmitting or replacing the outer nozzle opening; the water outlet end face is installed with a fixed connecting plate for bearing the rotatory table operation provided with a plurality of outer nozzle openings; the nozzle, a spray needle, the nozzle opening, the fixed connecting plate, and the rotatory table are pivotally connected in the base; and a jet impinging on the wheel drives an external generator to generate electricity. The nozzle opening device of the present invention solves the problems of uneven distribution of the jet cross-sectional velocity, decrease in average speed and low efficiency.
