Abstract:
The present invention efficiently creates concealed text equipped with an authentication code. A key generation unit 12 generates pieces of concealed text ([x], [α], [β]) from values x, α, β satisfying xα = β. A concealed text generation unit 13 generates concealed text [ai] from a random value ai for i = 1, …, N. An authentication code generation unit 14 multiplies the concealed text [ai] by the concealed text [α] and generates an authentication code [γ(ai)] for i = 1, …, N. A verification value generation unit 15 generates concealed text [w] from a verification value w using the pieces of concealed text ([x], [α], [β]), the concealed text [ai], and the authentication code [γ(ai)]. A verification value determination unit 16 determines whether the verification value w is equivalent to 0.
