A device for adjusting the orientation of a surveillance camera, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a wire drum; a camera unit; a plurality of wires of which one ends are connected to the camera unit and the other ends are connected to the wire drum, the plurality of wires comprising a tilting wire having one end connected to a camera body of the camera unit, and at least one panning wire having one end connected to a jig of the camera unit; and a roller part arranged between the camera unit and the wire drum to be in contact with the plurality of wires, the roller part comprising at least one fixed roller for changing the orientation of the plurality of wires and roll-supporting each of the wires, and at least a moving roller for dragging at least one of the plurality of wires by moving the position thereof with respect to the fixed roller, wherein the moving roller comprises: a tilt-based moving roller which drags the tilting wire to perform a tilting-adjustment of the orientation of the camera body connected to one end of the tilting wire; and a panning-based moving roller which performs a panning-adjustment of the orientation of the jig connected to one end of the panning wire.
