Abstract:
The invention relates to a device (10) for adjusting valve clearance for a gas exchange valve (20) of an internal combustion engine, comprising a rotatably-mounted rocker arm (24) that has an actuation element (40) arranged at one end (30) which allows a force to be transmitted to said gas exchange valve (20). A force transmission element (50) is secured to said actuation element (40) and comprises, on the end (52) thereof which faces away from said gas exchange valve (20), a sheath region (54) by means of which said force transmission element (50) is supported relative to the actuation element (40). The invention also relates to a method for adjusting valve clearance of a gas exchange valve (20) of an internal combustion engine, using an adjustment device (10).
