CLAIMS
1. Device for ageing clothes, particularly blue jeans, characterised in that it comprises a mannequin structure, said mannequin structure providing a trunk portion and two leg portions, said leg portions being pivoted laterally on said trunk portion, said leg portions being provided with a hinge at the knee joint, a cloth to be aged being positioned on said mannequin structure, making it assuming a position that would be naturally assumed by the user. 2. Device for ageing clothes, particularly blue jeans, according to claim 1 , characterised in that said leg portions are comprised of wood, plastic material, or of any other material suitable to the operations to which clothes must be subjected.
3. Device for ageing clothes, particularly blue jeans, according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that said device is coupled with an ageing apparatus, such as a sanding apparatus, a scraping apparatus, a brushing apparatus, ecc.

DEVICE FOR AGEING CLOTHES, PARTICULARLY BLUE
JEANS
The present invention relates to a device for ageing clothes, particularly blue jeans.
More particularly, the invention relates to a device of the above kind, permitting obtaining an ageing of the clothes in a way that perfectly resembles natural ageing.
It is known that in the recent years it always more diffused the use of clothes put on the market already "aged", i.e. subjected to a treatment so as to take the appearance of clothes used since many years.
With diffusion of this fashion, many methods have been suggested for ageing clothes in order to put on the market clothes always more aesthetically attractive. Among these methods it is to be mentioned sanding, scraping and brushing techniques, as well as use of resins, or techniques providing the adding of chemical substances useful to block the fibre. Main problem encountered while ageing the clothes with all the known techniques, is that of realising an ageing of the clothes always more resembling the natural ageing.
In fact, effect of the warn out cloth is caused by rubbing of the same during the natural use while the user is moving.
In this situation, the same Applicant has suggested a first solution in the Italian Patent n 0 1 ,275,052, by which an ageing was obtained very similar to the natural one.
However, the solution suggested did not permit reproducing the movement, thus wearing, caused when the user moves, creating particular wearing lines.
In this situation it is included the solution suggested according to the present invention, permitting further improving quality of the final product obtained, thus permitting replicating also the position of the cloth to be aged assumed by the user, particularly when he sits down.
These and other results are obtained according to the invention 1 , suggesting a device permitting modifying the position of the cloth during the ageing treatment, making it taking the most natural position.
It is therefore specific object of the present invention a device for ageing clothes, particularly blue jeans, comprising a mannequin structure, said mannequin structure providing a trunk portion and two leg
portions, said leg portions being pivoted laterally on said trunk portion, said leg portions being provided with a hinge at the knee joint, a cloth to be aged being positioned on said mannequin structure, making it assuming a position that would be naturally assumed by the user. Preferably, according to the invention, said leg portions are comprised of wood, plastic material, or of any other material suitable to the operations to which clothes must be subjected.
Still according to the invention, said device is coupled with an ageing apparatus, such as a sanding apparatus, a scraping apparatus, a brushing apparatus, ecc.
The present invention will be now described, for illustrative but not limitative purposes, according to its preferred embodiments, with particular reference to the figures of the enclosed drawings, wherein: figure 1 is a first perspective view of a device according to the invention; figure 2 is a second perspective view of the device of figure 1 in a second position; and figure 3 shows device of figure 1 with a pair of blue jeans positioned on the same. Making reference to the figures of the enclosed drawings, it is shown a device for ageing clothes, particularly blue jeans, according to the invention, generically indicated by reference number 1 , providing, besides treatment devices that will be not described in the following since they are not part of the invention, also because treatment can be obtained by each one of the known techniques, also a mannequin structure 2.
Said mannequin structure 2 has a trunk 3, on which two legs 4 are hinged. Said legs 4 have a thigh portion 4' and a lower portion 4", hinged each other at the knee joint 5.
When it is wished ageing a cloth, e.g. a blue jeans 6, it is placed on the mannequin 2.
As it can be observed from the figures, acting on hinges of the mannequin structure 2, it is possible making the cloth 6 taking a position reproducing the positions that are naturally assumed by the wearer, so that ageing lines obtained are absolutely the same that would be obtained in a real use of the cloth.
