Abstract:
A device and apparatus for mixing and dispersing a solid and a liquid. The device comprises a powder scattering mechanism fixedly connected to a main shaft, wherein the powder scattering mechanism is located in a powder feed chamber; the powder feed chamber is provided with a powder feed port; the outer side of the powder feed chamber is provided with a liquid feed chamber; the liquid feed chamber is provided with a liquid feed port; the liquid feed chamber is internally provided with a dispersing mechanism fixedly connected to the main shaft; the lower portion of the liquid feed chamber and the lower portion of the powder feed chamber are in communication with the upper portion of a mixing chamber; an impeller fixedly connected to the main shaft is provided in the mixing chamber; the lower portion of the mixing chamber is provided with a tangential discharge opening; and slurry is pumped into the liquid feed chamber, and is dispersed by the dispersing mechanism before entering the mixing chamber, which is provided with the impeller. In the device, the liquid feed chamber can be filled with the slurry, thereby avoiding the problems of a low slurry filling rate and an insufficient dispersion effect caused by arranging the dispersing mechanism in a discharge area on the lower portion of the impeller.
