Abstract:
The above indicated model refers to an unprecedented and versatile chair for medical works, specially gynecological examination, aiming at a better attendance, the obtention of better results, the patient's comfort, and total quality for the gynecologists, through a chair provided with a three-part seat, with a 90� degree movement, articulated lateral arms, so they can be disposed in parallel to the back of the chair. On the three-part seat, its opposite parts are provided with an anatomic convergent cut-out for resting the correct positioning of the patient's legs.

DEVICE APPLIED TO A CHAIR FOR MEDICAL WORK

DISCLOSURE OF THE MODEL The above indicated model refers to an unprecedented and versatile chair for medical works, specially gynecological exanation, aiming at better attendance, the obtaintion of better results, the patient's comfort, and total quality for the gynecologists, through a chair provided with a three-parted seat, with a 90° degree movement, articulated lateral arms, so they can be disposed in parallel to the back of the chair.

On the three-parted seat, its opposite parts provided with an anatomic convergent cutout rest and the correct positioning of the patient's legs. The chair which is initially in a vertical position, leans back making a 90'degré movement until the back of the chair stays horizontal, and the seat, vertical.

Nowadays, there is a universal tendency for quality in all areas, and the medical tield in no exception to this rule. for excellence in quality must associate an adequate and correct evaluation to better care for the patient, not only during the treatment, but as of its initial attendance. A patient who is comfortable and relaxed allows the physician to work better, and consequently the results will be beneficial to all the involved parties. There are several models of gynecological tables for gynecological examinations, but none with the design and concept of the presented chair, as well as no other that can make exammations more convenient for the doctor and the patient. If you take into consideration how uncomfortable gvnecolog, ical tables usually are, specially for old women with locomotion difficulty, who, needing to be examined, are badly positioned, uffer pains resulting fi-om muscles contraction, thus interfering with the correct medical diagnosis.

Thinking about the solution if these problems, was the reason why the inventor developed this projet, which joins comfort and easiness in an object essential to the medical field.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS For a prefect visualization of the"DEVICE APPLIED TO A CHAIR FOR MEDICAL WORK", we have attached an illustrative model where: FIGURE I-presents tins object's frontal view, FIGURE 2-presents a lateral view of the object ; FIGURE 3 - presents a lateral view of this chair, with the back inclined.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE MODEL According to the illustrations and details, the"DEVICE APPLIED TO A CHAIR FOR MEDICAI, WORK", has the characteristies of beiy built as a chair for medical 1 work (1), specially for patient's gvnecological examination, and it has a three-parted seat (2) where the central part (3) is withdraw to a proper compament piaced inside the back seat (4), having articulated lateral arms (5), with a 90° degree movement, so that they can be disposed in parallel to the inclined back of the chair (8), having on three-parted seat (2) opposite parts (6) that slide laterally, with an anatomic convergent cut-out (7) for rest and the correct positioning of the patient's legs.

The back of the seat reclines, the patient's torso lays down and her legs are fitted over the anatomic convergent cut-out (7), which can be moved laterally, leaving the central part (3) free to be withdraw. This gives the patient a better position, and the physician has more room for an adequate job. Obviously many other models may

be conceived using différent forms, sizes, colors and materials, but always preserving the core of the present developed idea, which is the object of this request.
