Abstract:

This device for assisting in the release of a molded product is provided with: an inclined shaft which has a vertical portion in the upper side thereof and an inclined sliding portion in the lower side thereof, and in which a horizontal through hole, a horizontal section, and a rod-shaped pin member fixing section are formed; and a vertical shaft which is parallel to the vertical portion, has the same length as the inclined shaft, has a cylindrical pin member inserted through and fixed in a space between the inner wall surface of the horizontal through hole and the outer circumferential surface of the rod-shaped pin member, and has a through hole which is formed in the cylindrical pin member and through which the rod-shaped pin member can move. The device for assisting in the release of a molded product is configured to assist in the smooth release of a molded product such that: the molded product side of the vertical portion is machined in a shape corresponding to the shape of a suspended section; the rod-shaped pin member is inserted through the central section of the horizontal through hole; an outer circumferential frame of a cylindrical protrusion section is received in the space from the bottom end of the cylindrical protrusion section to a position touching the front end of the cylindrical pin member in the vertical shaft; the outer circumferential frame and the cylindrical pin member are inserted through a space from a position touched by the front end of the outer circumferential frame to the end section of the horizontal through hole; the inclined shaft and the vertical shaft are simultaneously moved up and down; and, as the inclined shaft is moved close to the vertical shaft, the vertical portion is separated from the suspended section and the cylindrical protrusion section, the rod-shaped pin member comes out of a hollow section of the cylindrical protrusion section, and the front end of the cylindrical pin member protrudes from the horizontal through hole and thereby touches the front end of the outer circumferential frame of the cylindrical protrusion section to press the cylindrical protrusion part not to be moved.
