Abstract:
In shaping of a non-vulcanized tire, tire forming members provided to a body to be shaped is reliably attached by pressure to remove air between layers. A rotatable pressure attaching roller (11) of a pressure attaching device (10) is pressed against a body (H) to be shaped formed on a support body (2), and by this, tire forming members provided to the body (H) to be shaped are pressed.  At the same time, a vibration generating means (14) mounted to a holder (12) is activated to generate vibration, and the vibration is transmitted to the pressure attaching roller (11) to continuously vibrate the pressure attaching roller (11) in the pressing direction.  While being maintained in the pressing and vibrating state, the pressure attaching roller (11) is moved relative to the body (H) to be shaped along the outer surface thereof so as to sequentially press the tire forming members while the tire forming members are vibrated.  By this, the tire forming members of the body (H) to be shaped are attached to each other by pressure, and as a result, the non-vulcanized tire is shaped while air between layers is removed.
