Abstract:
A device for adjusting the load on a weight machine comprising body fat percentage calculating means, means for calculating the fat-excepting weight of a person exercising from the body fat percentage and the weight, means for setting a target fat-excepting weight, means for setting the number of times of exercise, means for calculating a necessary amount of exercise by comparing the target fat-excepting weight and the current fat-excepting weight, and means for determining an exercise program determining the time of use and so forth based on the necessary amount of exercise and the preset number of times of exercise, so as to adjust the load on the weight machine to the load determined by the exercise program necessary to achieve the target fat-excepting weight by changing the load on the weight machine so that the heart rate of the person may be a target heart rate.
