Abstract:
A device for automatically compacting lead paste to measure visual density thereof, comprising a bearing component (100), a testing component (200) and a pushing component (300). The lead paste is compacted in a guiding piece (202), repetitive compacting at a fixed height begins by pressing one button, a cylinder (301a) is driven, the cylinder (301a) is connected to an external time controller, the stroke of the cylinder (301a) is accurately controlled, the number of strokes completed within a fixed time can be adjusted, the compacting action has a fixed height, thus deviations caused by manually compacting can be avoided. The device uses the cylinder (301a) for transmission, being compact and simple; specific operations can be set by means of the external time controller, and the device can be started by pressing one button, automatically operate to the required number of strokes, and stop automatically. The device has a high degree of mechanization and can automatically complete the compacting action, saving labor, having good practicability, satisfying the requirements of use.
