Abstract:
A device for automatically measuring the quantity of milk extracted by a milking installation comprises a float-type counter (1) for the milk (3), connected to a vacuum milk line (23) and to a vacuum milk receiver (25) connected to a vacuum system (27) and to a milk pump (33) connected, in turn, to a unit (36) for setting the float-type milk counter (1) to an optimal dose of milk (3) from one cow.
