The present invention relates to a device for automatically observing the state of the sky, configured in such a manner that an observing device is accommodated in a housing and can be simultaneously raised from a duct by means of an elevator, and exposed to the exterior, depending on the opening/closing of an opening-closing device, for observing the state of the sky, so that the device can be protected from rain or snow when used during precipitation or from outside dust and feces of wild animals, and so that the device is exposed only during use to allow accurate observation of the state of the sky and to eliminate the need for manual cleaning, thereby significantly increasing the convenience of usage.
